Product and Price
The essential characteristics of the product, its sales price including VAT, and the delivery and assembly fee are shown at the order stage.
Payment and Delivery
Payment is collected by bank transfer (havale/EFT). Delivery takes place after payment confirmation; for made-to-order products, the production period is added.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery. Custom-made products and products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.
Complaints and Objections
You can submit your requests and complaints through the seller's contact channels; if they remain unresolved, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court.
